• How to use & important information

  How to use:
  Dissolve one stick (11.5 g) in 250 ml of water. Take one serving per day, at least 20 minutes before your workout or physical activity session. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

  Storage:
  Store at room temperature, in a dry place, in sealed packaging.

  Best Before end:
  See bottom of the packaging.

  Caution:
  Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
