How to use:
1 x daily - dissolve 30g of powder (2 scoops) in 250ml of soy milk (or equivalent), and shake for 20 seconds.

How to use:
2 x daily - dissolve 6g of powder (1 scoop) in ½ glass of cold water, let it steep for 10 minutes, then stir and consume.

• 1st serving: take after getting up. After consuming, wait at least 30 minutes before your next meal.

• 2nd serving: take before sleeping. Ensure your last meal was at least 2 hours prior.
