        How do I sign up for the VIP Program?
        
      
      Create an account using a referral code or referral link, or log in to your existing account on our website.

        Who can join?
        
      
      Anyone who creates an account by signing up will automatically be enrolled to become a VIP.

        How do I check my points balance?
        
      
      Your points balance is displayed on the VIP Program page after logging into your Simon Ourian M.D. account.

        How can I earn points?
        
      
      Each product in the online store has a fixed points value shown next to its price. These points reflect the product’s assigned value in euros and remain consistent across markets where the program is live.

        Do I earn points for the cost of shipping?
        
      
      No, you are only awarded points for the purchase of products.
 - 
      
        After a purchase, when will I receive my points?
        
      
      Your points will show in your account after the payment is confirmed and can then be redeemed.
Please note that SEPA payments may take up to 10 working days to be processed and confirmed. - 
      
        Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
        
      
      No. You can earn as many as you like!

        How do I redeem my points?
        
      
      Visit the VIP Program page after logging into your account. You can choose from a variety of curated merchandising items, as well as some selected full-size products and exclusive experiences.

        Can I use my points for discounts on purchases or for free shipping?
        
      
      Currently, points can only be used to redeem items available on the rewards page.

        If I don’t have enough points to redeem an item, can I pay the difference with cash?
        
      
      You need to have the full amount of points to be able to redeem an item; it’s not possible to complement with cash.

        Do I need to buy something to be able to redeem a reward?
        
      
      To redeem a reward, you must have a minimum of 1 item in your cart. Regular shipping costs apply to orders under the minimum threshold.

        Do my points expire?
        
      
      Yes, points expire after 12 months.
 - 
      
        What happens to my points if I make a return?
        
      
      If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

        Can I transfer my points to another account?
        
      
      Points cannot be transferred or redeemed for any other loyalty member. Once points are added to your account, they are non-transferable.

        Are redeemed products refundable or exchangeable?
        
      
      No. Products redeemed using your points are not refundable, may not be exchanged, and cannot be substituted.
